Cursor Agentand陈大猫 3c25804b6c fix(mcp): match two-line idle prompts against live PTY CR bytes
hasExpectedPromptSuffix deleted carriage returns, so a cached
user@host prompt with the CR-to-LF blank lines never matched live
\r\r\n bytes. Compare that CR-as-LF form when the cached prompt spans
lines. Same-line redraws still match by dropping CR.

Cursor Agentand陈大猫 c3e35d6b9b fix(mcp): recognize two-line user@host idle prompts
1.1.86 waits for a known idle prompt before MCP terminal_execute.
A PS1 of `\u@\h: \w\n$ ` ends on a bare `$`, so that wait returned
SHELL_NOT_READY. Cache the host line plus the marker, including the
blank lines a live PTY's `\r\r\n` leaves after CR normalization.
